Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Lupine Luna LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information in our Android apps and on winning-games.com (and related Winning Games web pages).

- Win at Blackjack
This is an educational blackjack simulator and trainer. It does not involve real-money gambling.
Summary
The app runs mostly on your device. We do not operate our own user account system and do not ask for your name, email, or contact information inside the app.
- Win at Blackjack is free to download. When you do not have an active subscription, the app shows ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect data for advertising and measurement.
- Optional subscriptions and in-app purchases are sold through Google Play. We do not process payment card information. When you have an active subscription, the app does not show ads.
- The app can use Google Play Games for achievements when you sign in with your Google Play Games account. Achievement progress is stored by Google and linked to that account.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect directly
We do not ask for your name, email, or other contact information inside the app.
Stored on your device only
The app saves settings and progress locally so features work between sessions. Examples include:
- Sound and display preferences
- Onboarding and in-app tutorial progress
- Academy lesson progress
- Table rules presets and mode-specific rule selections
- Play bankroll amounts per ruleset
- Trainer session history and Practice history
- Local flags used to avoid duplicate achievement reporting
- A local subscription status flag (subscribed or not) so the app can unlock subscription features
- Counters used to decide whether to show an optional “rate the app” prompt
This data stays on your device unless you back up the app through Android or your Google account backup (handled by Android/Google, not by us).
We do not transmit this on-device progress to our own servers.
Simulation and analysis results
When you run simulations or view training statistics, those calculations are performed on your device. We do not upload simulation reports or hand histories to Lupine Luna servers.
Google Play Games (achievements)
Win at Blackjack can connect to Google Play Games Services to provide achievements.
What this involves
The app may prompt you to sign in with Google Play Games. Sign-in is optional. You can use the apps without signing in, but achievements may not unlock or sync until you sign in.
When signed in, the app reports gameplay milestones to Google so achievements can unlock or advance. Examples include:
- Completing onboarding or Academy lessons
- Hands played in Play mode
- Finishing Practice sessions, trainer sessions, or simulations
- Reaching certain accuracy or progress thresholds
- Saving custom table-rules presets
- Daily visit streaks
This information describes in-app activity in our simulators. It is not real-money gambling data.
What we do not receive
We do not run our own achievement servers and do not receive your Google account email or password. Google handles sign-in and stores achievement state on its systems.
Your choices and Google’s role
- You can decline Play Games sign-in and continue using the app.
- You can manage or delete Play Games data through your Google Account and Play Games profile settings.
Google’s privacy practices apply to Play Games processing: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
The Play Games SDK may also send diagnostic and performance data to Google to maintain and improve the service, as described in Google’s documentation.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases (Win at Blackjack)
Win at Blackjack may offer auto-renewing subscriptions (for example, monthly or yearly) and other in-app purchases through Google Play. Payment, billing, free trials (if offered), renewals, and refunds are handled by Google, not by us. We do not receive or store your payment card number or full billing details.
To provide subscription features, the app uses Google Play Billing to check whether you have an active subscription. That check uses your Google Play account on the device.
Managing or canceling a subscription: Google Play Store app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select Win at Blackjack.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, according to Google Play’s rules.
Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends, as shown in Google Play at the time of purchase.
Google’s privacy practices apply to billing and payment processing.
Advertising (Win at Blackjack)
When you do not have an active subscription, Win at Blackjack displays ads through Google AdMob (Google LLC).
When ads are shown, Google and its partners may collect and use information such as:
- Device identifiers (including the Android Advertising ID)
- IP address and general location (country/region level)
- App interactions (for example, ad views and clicks)
- Diagnostic and performance data related to ad delivery
This data may be used to:
- Show and measure ads
- Limit how often you see an ad
- Detect fraud and abuse
- Provide aggregated analytics to Google and, in some cases, to developers through AdMob reporting
Your choices
- Reset or delete your Advertising ID: Android Settings → Google → Ads (wording may vary by device)
- Opt out of personalized ads: same Ads settings on your device

We do not control what data Google collects through AdMob.
When you have an active subscription, the app does not show ads.
App store ratings
The app may occasionally ask whether you would like to rate it. If you choose to rate, you may be taken to Google Play’s review flow. We do not receive your review text directly; reviews are submitted to Google under Google’s policies.
Information collected through this website
If you email us from winning-games.com (or related Winning Games pages), we receive whatever you send (your email address and message content). We use that only to respond to you. We do not use website contact messages for in-app advertising.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has contacted us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Data retention
- On-device app data remains until you clear app data, uninstall the app, or replace your device.
- Local subscription status in Win at Blackjack is cleared when you clear app data or uninstall; Google Play keeps purchase and subscription records according to Google’s policies.
- Ad-related data is retained by Google according to Google’s policies.
- Play Games achievement data is retained by Google according to Google’s policies and your account settings.
- Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
Security
We rely on Google’s services (Play Games, Play Billing, AdMob) to encrypt data in transit using industry-standard methods (such as HTTPS/TLS) when data is sent to Google. On-device data is stored in the app’s private storage on your device.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when we add features, change third-party services (such as ads or Play Games), change subscription practices, or change our practices otherwise. We will update the Last updated date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
