Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Android app Win at Blackjack (the “App”) and related services offered by Lupine Luna LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), including the winning-games.com website.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who we are
The App is published by Lupine Luna LLC. Win at Blackjack is free to download and may show advertising. Optional subscriptions and in-app purchases are sold through Google Play in the main app.
Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
2. What the App is (and is not)
The App is an educational blackjack simulator and training tool. It is intended for learning, practice, and entertainment only.
The App is not:
- A real-money casino or gambling service
- A sportsbook or betting platform
- Financial, investment, or professional gambling advice
- A guarantee that you will win, profit, or “beat the house” in any real-world setting
Simulated chips, bankrolls, wins, and losses inside the App have no cash value. You cannot withdraw money from the App.
3. Real-world gambling — important disclaimer
Read this section carefully.
Some App content covers blackjack strategy, table rules, betting systems, card counting, and related topics. That content is for general educational purposes only.
- We do not encourage illegal gambling. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including age limits and gambling regulations where you live or play.
- You alone decide whether to gamble with real money, and how much to wager. We are not responsible for your decisions.
4. No liability for casino or gambling losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree that Lupine Luna LLC, its owners, operators, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for any losses, damages, or harm of any kind arising from or related to:
- Gambling or wagering at a real casino, online casino, card room, or any other real-money venue
- Financial losses, lost winnings, or missed opportunities
- Decisions you make based on the App, including strategy, betting, bankroll, or counting choices
- Reliance on simulations, statistics, Practice sessions, Academy lessons, or analysis results
- Table rules, house edge, variance, or other factors at real-world venues that differ from the App
Use of the App does not mean we endorse real-money gambling or promise any outcome.
If you choose to gamble with real money, you assume all risk. Past results in the App — including simulated winning sessions — do not predict future results in real play.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
5. No warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. Blackjack involves randomness; even perfect basic strategy does not eliminate the house edge in most real-world games.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms is limited to the greater of:
- (a) the amount you paid us for the App or subscription in the 12 months before the claim, or
- (b) US $50.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Sections 4–6 survive if you stop using the App or if these Terms end.
7. Subscriptions and in-app purchases (Win at Blackjack)
Win at Blackjack may be offered with auto-renewing subscriptions and other in-app purchases through Google Play.
- Billing, payment, free trials, renewals, and refunds are handled by Google, not Lupine Luna LLC.
- We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current period, according to Google Play’s rules.

Purchasing a subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use subscription features while your subscription is active. It does not transfer ownership of the App or its content to you.
8. Advertising (Win at Blackjack)
When you do not have an active subscription, Win at Blackjack may show ads through Google AdMob. Ad delivery and related data practices are described in our Privacy Policy and in Google’s policies.
9. Google Play Games (achievements)
The App may offer Google Play Games achievements. Sign-in is optional. Achievement sync is handled by Google under Google’s terms and privacy policies.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools to unlock achievements.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where law explicitly allows
- Interfere with the App’s operation or security
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Lupine Luna LLC
- Use the App in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties
We may suspend or stop providing the App if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.
11. Intellectual property
The App, including software, design, text, lessons, graphics, sounds, and branding, is owned by Lupine Luna LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App except as allowed by law.
12. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services such as Google Play, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob (when ads are shown), and Google Play Games. Your use of those services is also subject to Google’s policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
13. Changes to the App and these Terms
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will update the Last updated date above.
If you continue using the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and cancel any subscription through Google Play.
14. Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any subscription through Google Play.
- We may discontinue or restrict access to the App, in whole or in part, at any time.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply in your country.
Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. General
- Entire agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the main agreement between you and us regarding the App.
- Severability: If one part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization.
